Established on 1 July 2011, our mandate is to drive improvement in primary healthcare and the coordination of service delivery to better meet the local health needs of communities across the Murrumbidgee / Riverina area. Working alongside government, non-government and community-based health organisations, we have a key role in health service planning. Our teams also provide direct support to health professionals to help them to provide quality care to their community. Our portfolio is diverse, including e-health, mental health, community and health provider liaison, chronic disease support and educational services, Indigenous health and after hours care.
